Since 1986 Gannon has been involved in residential and commercial rehabilitation and new construction. Job sites have ranged from Toms River to New York but Gannon has primarily been in Monmouth County. Gannon has specialized in rehabilitation of 100+ years old structures in the Ocean Grove area. Salvaging, reconstructing and relocating old wood structures while bringing them up to code standards has been a staple of Gannon Building and Remodeling since the 1980’s.

Gannon also does new residential building, new commercial and retail buildings, municipal and governmental jobs, as well as additions and alterations for private homeowners. 

Gannon has its own in-house employees and an extensive pool of sub-contractors and material suppliers to handle any size job. Gannon building also has an in-house licensed building inspector as well as CAD capable programmers and an in-house attorney.
