Paul R. Gannon – (President): With 30 years construction experience, Paul Gannon has been confronted with every possible construction situation that can occur, which makes him the solution oriented owner he is today. He divides his time between site visits and in office delegation to ensure the successful reputation that Gannon Building has earned. His knowledge extends from that of his on hand dealings with his staff, subcontractors, and long list of satisfied customers that has grown over the years. His vast understanding of the owners perspective and the dynamics behind this rigorous business, has led him to his cost-effective construction practices and award winning standards.
William P. Gannon III Esq. – (Vice President): With 25 years in construction and 17 years of practicing law, Bill Gannon adds an integral component to the Gannon Building team. His resume consists of such acclamations as; interning on the NJ State Senate, Counsel to the Monmouth County Police Chief Association, and recipient of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Award for Heroism and Outstanding Citizen of the Year in Neptune, NJ. Specializing in Construction, Land Use, Government Relation and Code Compliance Law, Bill’s background has become the fundamental reason for our continuing success.
James Decker – (Lead Construction Foreman): Over the past 20 years, Jim has been an integral part to keeping Gannon’s construction history a success. Jim visits each site often and has a vast knowledge in the commercial and residential industry. His expertise becomes invaluable when it comes to troubleshooting problems and coming up with timely and cost effective resolutions for the entire design team, including Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
Dan Richards: Project Manager - 30 years of construction experience: Responsible for the coordination and preparation of the contract documents, letters of intent, budgets, contracts, estimating, schedules and subcontract management and coordination.
Mike O’Neil: Project Engineer / Estimator: 7 years construction experience: Responsible for office document control, project submittals, invoicing, website design, and assists with all estimating.
Dave Carr: Assist Project Engineer / 5 years construction experience. Responsible to assist with estimating, document control and research of any and all issues.
